Ajay Chandra, a hard working and ambitious young man, who dreams of bigger things than a small job. He has dreams of starting his own business. One day he meets Aruna at a friends wedding and slowly fall in love. Aruna is daughter of a very successful lawyer. Ajay uses his rich friend's car, apartment etc. to impress Aruna's family, in the hope that he will succeed in his own business before they are married. However, Ajay falls prey to the cut throat competion in business and loses all his investment. He discloses everything to Aruna. Aruna is sympathetic to Ajay and loves him for what he is. However, Aruna's lawyer dad turns down the marriage proposal and starts to prosecute Ajay for business fraud. Through his hard work and support from Aruna and his mother, Ajay is able to correct the wrong doings and is able to win over Aruna's father.

The police are called in to investigate, and they are assisted by Anil, who was a friend of Ruby. The prime suspect in Anil's eye is Ramesh, who has been lying about his alibi, and also about his relationship with Ruby. But the police have a clue - a button from an overcoat, a button that is worth Rs.250, and it is more than likely that this coat belongs to the killer, who is very wealthy.

Three friends Ram ,Rahim and Raymond from different cities come to Bombay to make big in music industry they meet many people for work purpose but luck hasn't favored them yet.They come across Asha whose left homeless in the city as the person she came to meet has been transferred somewhere else the trio decide to help her and shelter in their house.Asha also has music talent and helps Ram,Rahim and Raymond get work in films and other functions, they happened to get chance at a New Year function where cops come and arrest the trio where they find that Asha is not whom she claims but was in the city to meet her lover.
